Our newly recruited employees are given orientation training that introduces our group, adopts our core values and accelerates their adaptation to the company. The programme, in which all procedures and regulations applicable within the company are explained, lasts 1 full day.
Professional Development Trainings
These are the trainings aimed at increasing the knowledge and skills necessary for the effective fulfilment of the duties and responsibilities in the job description. Trainings are planned and implemented in line with Performance, Career Planning data and training needs analyses conducted once a year.
Individual Development Trainings
These are trainings aimed at improving the existing individual potential of the personnel and thus increasing personal and corporate efficiency. Our trainings for our departments of Naz Global companies are planned and implemented centrally
